Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the service, you accept these terms and represent sufficient capacity; when acting for an organization, you represent you are authorized.

Account & Security

• Provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information.
• Keep credentials secure and remain responsible for activities under your account.

Service & License

• During the subscription term we grant a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, internal‑use license to access the service.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or abusing third‑party APIs (Meta/TikTok/Google) is prohibited.

Customer Content & IP

• You retain ownership of your content; we obtain limited rights as necessary to provide the service.
• You grant us rights to use anonymized/aggregated data for improvement and statistics.

Fees & Billing (if applicable)

• Subscriptions are billed per agreed cycles; unless otherwise agreed, fees are non‑refundable.
• Overdue payments may lead to restrictions or suspension.

Compliance & Data Protection

• We process personal data under applicable laws and sign DPA terms with necessary sub‑processors.
• Cross‑border transfers use SCCs or equivalent mechanisms.

Disclaimers & Liability

• Service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties.
• To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate for breach or for security/compliance reasons upon notice.

Governing Law & Disputes

As agreed in your order/subscription; if not specified, laws and courts of our place of registration apply.

Changes & Notice

We may update the terms and show the update date; material changes will be noticed by reasonable means.
