Purpose & Scope

This page explains how to submit a data deletion request to meet platform compliance such as Meta, TikTok and Google.

What Can Be Deleted

• Account and team data (as permitted by law).
• Content and digital assets (within your workspace).
• Logs and backups: deleted/overwritten under retention policies.

How to Submit

• If not signed in or cannot access the account: email [email protected] with your signup email, team name/ID, scope and region/regulation.

Timeline & Exceptions

We typically process within 30 days; some data may take longer due to legal obligations, fraud prevention or backup delays.

Third‑party Platforms

For Meta/TikTok/Google pixels or conversion data we coordinate per platform guidance; if you need to initiate a platform‑side request, we will assist.
